Information you choose to share
When you request a meeting, we ask for your name and email address. You can also share a preferred meeting time, time zone, and optional context about your project. A detailed project brief can include your business name, phone number, website or social handle, selected services, project goals, budget, and timing.
We receive the content of emails, texts, and other messages you send us. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in these forms.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to respond, coordinate meeting times, understand your project, prepare proposals, and communicate about work you request. We may also use relevant information to keep business records, protect against spam or misuse, and meet legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Submitting a meeting request does not reserve a calendar slot. We confirm the time and meeting details with you separately.
Services that help the site work
Meeting requests are sent through FormSubmit to bofie@sleptmanagement.com. FormSubmit processes the details you submit to deliver the message. Its documentation describes a 30-day submission archive. Email providers also process and store messages according to their services and settings.
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, request times, and security logs to serve and protect the site. Where sign-in is required by the hosting platform, that platform handles authentication.
The main site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. You can read Google Fonts’ privacy information. Portfolio images are served as part of this site. External links, including Instagram and client websites, are governed by the destination’s policies.
We share information with providers as needed to operate the website and respond to requests, and when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect rights and safety. This website does not include an advertising data sale or sharing feature.
Retention and security
Information sent to us may remain in correspondence and business records while needed to handle your inquiry, support a client relationship, resolve disputes, or meet recordkeeping obligations. Provider retention may differ, including the FormSubmit archive described above.
Online services and email cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Keep sensitive information out of inquiry forms. Contact us if you have a concern or want to request deletion of your inquiry information.

You can leave optional fields blank, contact us directly, or choose not to submit a request. Email bofie@sleptmanagement.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further follow-up.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and may need to keep information for legal or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.
